ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2025 and forbear the respondents or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business cross massage in the name and style of M/s. Royal Wellness Centre at D.No.443/2, Sandhana Gounder Complex, Pappinayakanhalli Village, Sogathur Cross Road, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is running a spa business in the name and style of "Royal Wellness Centre". While so, the respondents are interfering with the peaceful conduct of the petitioner's business as if some illegal activities are going on in this Centre. Hence, he seeks a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner's business.

3. Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that if illegal activities are being carried on in the said spa, the respondents police have the right to inspect the spa.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police.

5. Considering the above, this Court is of the view that as long as the spa is running without any illegal and immoral activities, the police shall not disturb the spa. At the same time, if the police have any suspicion that illegal activities are being carried on there, the police is at liberty to take action as per law.
