This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to amend the prayer in the present writ petition FROM being W.P.No.41071 of 2025 from directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 26.08.2025 issued by the writ petitioner association seeking modification of the policy embodied in Annexure 5 of the AICTE Approval process handbook 2024-27, which mandates faculty requirements to be calculated based on sectioned 2/5

intake rather than actual admitted strength within a reasonable time - frame as this Honble Court may deem fit and pass TO Directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 26.08.2025 issued by the writ petitioner association seeking modification of the policy embodied in Annexure 5 of the AICTE Approval process handbook 2024-27, which mandates faculty requirements to be calculated based on sectioned intake rather than actual admitted strength within a reasonable time frame.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
