The Additional Commissioner v. Tvl Balaji Modern Rice Mill

C.M.P. No.28472 of 2025 in W.A.SR. No.174220 of 2025 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J., and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J., (Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the writ appeal, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard Ms.M.Revathi, learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Ms.G.Mathanghi, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent and submits that she has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay of 66 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned and this petition is allowed.
