ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.35 of 2025 and to consequently direct the respondent to furnish a copy of the final report to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been referred as 'further action dropped' (FAD).

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
