ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the memo dated 30.10.2025, thereby calling upon the petitioner to submit his explanation, within a period of seven days.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (P) for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner was issued with a show cause notice dated 30.10.2025, calling upon him to submit his explanation as to why he should not be terminated from service on the allegation that there was a discrepancy in his name as found in the records. On receipt of the same, the petitioner requested the respondents to grant further period of two weeks to submit his explanation.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit his explanation, within a period of one week from today for the show cause notice dated 30.10.2025.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
