ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.164 of 2022, within a stipulated time, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioners are the defendants 1 and 2 in O.S.No.164 of 2022 and the first respondent herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit against the petitioners and two other defendants seeking partition of 1/4 share. She also sought for declaration that the settlement deed dated 19.04.2006 executed in favour of the 2nd defendant was null and void. It is seen from the adjudication status filed in the typed set of papers that initially the suit was dismissed for default as against the defendants 3 and 4 and the same was restored on the application filed by the first respondent/plaintiff. As on today, suit summons were not served on the defendants 3 and 4. Since service is not yet completed, I am not inclined to give any positive direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit. However, the Trial court shall make endeavour to dispose of the suit in

O.S.No.164 of 2022 expeditiously, after service of suit summons on the defendants 3 and 4.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of . There shall be no order as to costs.
