Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent's poultry farm construction and running dry fish factory situated at S.F.No.70, Kadhapalli Village, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction in the matter of alleged illegal operation of dry fish factory/poultry farm.

2. We find that petitioner has submitted representation on 13.10.2025 and without waiting for a reasonable time, has rushed to file this petition on 18.11.2025. Therefore, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending. In case, petitioner's complaint is not decided within a reasonable period, it will be open for petitioner to approach this Court.

3. Petition is premature and is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
