This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the appeal submitted by the petitioner on 27.11.2024 against the order of the second respondent in No.7749/Po.3/2024 dated 28.09.2024, removing the petitioner from service and to pass orders within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner's appeal dated 27.11.2024 and, after issuing notice to the petitioner and affording him an opportunity of personal hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
