ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to extend the benefits of 7th pay Commission, including gratuity with arrears and interest for the delayed payment in according with Government Orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard Mr.Akshai Sajin Kumar V.I, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.C.Gowthamaraj, learned counsel for 2nd respondent. 3.
The case of the petitioner is that she joined as a Associate Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at Institute of Road and Transport Technology in the year 1986. Thereafter, she was promoted as Senior Lecturer on 18.12.1993, Selection Grade Lecturer on 03.09.2001 and Associate Professor on 01.01.2006 and ultimately, retired from service on 30.04.2017 after rendering 31 years of unblemished service. The Government of India through series of Government Orders implemented the recommendations of 7th Central Pay commission to all Government and aided Technical Education staffs in G.O.Ms.No.303, Finance
(Pay Cell) Department, dated 11.10.2017, G.O.Ms.No.313 finance (Pay cell)Department dated 25.10.2017, G.O.Ms.No.19 and Higher Education (C2)Department, dated 14.1.2020 respectively. The petitioner is entitled to receive the corresponding revision of pay, retirement gratuity and EL encashment. The petitioner in this regard had submitted a representation to the respondents collectively on 22.01.2021, 30.06.2022, 03.07.2022, 12.06.2023 and 14.07.2023. Since the same did not evoke any response, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. 4.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made on either side, there shall be a direction to the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six from the date receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
