ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to extend to the petitioner the benefits of the 7th Pay Commission in respect of enhanced gratuity, together with interest for the delayed payment, in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.303, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 11.10.2017, G.O.Ms.No.313, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 25.10.2017, and G.O.Ms.No.19, Higher Education (C2) Department, dated 14.01.2020.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the

date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
