ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.09.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 103 of BNS r/w 25(1B) (a) of Arms Act, in Crime No.186 of 2025, seeks bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.No.30031 of 2025 dated 05.11.2025 on the following reasons: "6. Considering the facts of the case, gravity of offence, the specific overt act against the first petitioner/Thangaraj @ Thangarasu, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the first petitioner, thereby the bail application of the first petitioner / Thangaraj @ Thangarasu is hereby dismissed."

3. Considering the specific overt act against the first petitioner and since there is no change in the circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
