This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 497 days in representing the above Criminal Revision Case filed against the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in F.C.M.C.

No.43 of 2021 on the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 497 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
