ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to cancel the patta issued in the name of the sixth respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2023. 2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5.

3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that based on the petitioner's application dated 13.09.2023 seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the sixth respondent, the competent authority i.e., fifth respondent has already conducted an enquiry and in due course, final orders will be passed by the second respondent. 4.In view of the same, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders, after hearing the objections of the sixth respondent, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 13.09.2023 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of sixth respondent within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy __________Page 2 of 4

of this order. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
