This writ petition has been filed challenging the appointment of enquiry officer to conduct domestic enquiry. 2.
On perusal of records, it is found that the petitioner while working as Commercial Assistant in the Office of the Assistant Engineer, O&M, Somangalam, he was suspended from service and subsequently he was served with charge memo. In pursuant to the same, enquiry officer has been appointed to conduct domestic enquiry. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned memo. 2/4

In view of the above discussion, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
