(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR.J.,) This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of original booklet, detention order and grounds of detention of both the English, Odisi and Tamil Version Booklet furnished to the detenue in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 31.07.2025 in BBCDEFGISSSV No.86 of 2025 against the petitioner husband namely R.Manabhanjan Padhi, Male aged about 47 years S/o.Ramabhallabha, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.
