This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 submitted that a decision has already been taken by the 3 rd respondent and the same will be conveyed to the petitioner.
