Both the Civil Revision Petition are listed today, at the instance of the letter circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner dated 02.02.2026.

2. It is brought to the notice of this court that in the cause title of the common order passed in CRP Nos.6248 and 6253 of 2025, dated 06.01.2026, while describing the petitioner, the name of the power of attorney has not been mentioned.

3. It is also brought to the notice of this court that in paragraph No.6 of the order, the word 'petitioner' has been wrongly typed, instead of " power of attorney of the petitioner".

4. Registry is directed to (i) include the name of the power of attorney of the petitioner in the cause title and (ii) substitute the word petitioner, found in paragraph No.6, lines 6 and 7 with the expression " power agent of the petitioner" and issue fresh order copy by incorporating the above said corrections. 17.02.2026 MST __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
