ORDER

The matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 01.04.2026 received from the Court below, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in C.C.No.2216 of 2022, by a further period of three weeks.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
