Contemnors PRAYER This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for their wilful and deliberate disobedience and defiance of the Orders of this Court, dated 27.02.2025 in Writ Petition No.17783 of 2023.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the Division Bench of this Court while dismissing the Writ Appeal preferred against order of this Court dated 27.02.2025 in W.P.No.17783 of 2023, granted further time of two months to the respondents to comply with the order dated 27.02.2025.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that since, the Division bench had enlarged time for complying with the order of the learned Single Judge, the respondents would comply with the order of this Court within the time granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the Division Bench while dismissing the Writ Appeal, had granted two months time, this Court is of the view that the respondents are to be directed to comply with the order of this Court, dated 27.02.2026 made in W.P.No.17783 of 2023 within the said time granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
5.
