This petition is filed to condone the delay of 159 days in filing the above revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
CRL MP No. 2481 of 2026 of the petition, the delay stands condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
4. On payment of cost and production of proof thereof, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
