W.M.P.No.49998 of 2025 in W.P.No.30183 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI.J, This petition has been filed by the Commissioner, H.R & C.E Department seeking to implead themselves as the 5th respondent in the writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the proposed 5th respondent and the learned counsel for the writ petitioner.

3. There is no serious objection to the impleadment, even though the learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the proposed party may not add value to the writ petition.

4. However, considering the fact that there is no serious opposition and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the writ petition on 25.11.2025 "for orders".
