2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the offence has not yet been altered and the case is presently at the stage of enquiry as suspicious death under Section 194(1) of BNS.
3. Considering the above submission, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned Court after alteration of the offence and after they are added as an accused. 24.11.2025 kmm To
