4. The issue raised in this case is identical to one already decided in the aforementioned W.P.No.17275 of 2025. Hence, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to receive the petitioner's application dated 29.10.2025, in Form CCPA along with the prescribed fee through online, for the grant of an Auto Rickshaw Permit to operate the vehicle within a radius of 30 Kms distance from Salem Town Old bus stand, Salem, Salem District and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
