Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to drop the proposal to lease out the Government land comprised in Survey No.39, classified as "Karadu', situated in Santhiyur Village, Salem Taluk and District, for quarrying rough stones, etc., through public auction, as there are superstructures and inhabitations owned by the petitioners located within 300 meters from the proposed quarry site, ignoring the same, if the permission is granted, which will amount to violation under Rule 36(1-A) (a) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025 sent to the respondents.
