ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioners have made representation on 15.09.2025 to the Corporation authorities bringing to their notice that the road sides have been illegally encroached upon by the third respondent, petitioners' neighbour.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record certain photographs to support his submission.

3. Ms.Ashwini Devi, learned Standing counsel, appears for respondents 1 and 2, on advance copy.

4. Direction is issued to the Corporation authorities to examine the entire street line to ascertain if any encroachment is made by any one, including the third respondent. If any encroachment is found, the same shall be removed forthwith, as per law, to ensure free flow of

traffic and safety of the residents of the area, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

6. WMP No.52399 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed, subject to payment of separate court fees.
