Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to comply with and implement the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.160/2008 dated 19.08.2009 on the file of the Subordinate Judge Tiruchengode and consequently, to effect the necessary changes in the revenue records for the land in S.No.322/5, Marapparai Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District (excluding the 50 cents area 1/5

demarcated as Kuttai) and issue patta in the name of the petitioner within a specific time frame to be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Kumaresan For Respondents : Mr.D.Ravichander,Spl.G.P Order This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for an issuance of a direction to the respondents to comply with and implement the judgement and decree passed in favour of the petitioner in A.S.No.160 of 2008 dated 19.08.2009, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode, and consequently, to effect necessary changes in the revenue records for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner, based on the aforesaid judgment and decree dated 19.08.2009 passed in A.S.No.160 of 2008, which, according to the petitioner, has attained finality, seeks for certain changes to be made in the revenue records for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) and for issuance of patta in her name. The petitioner has made a 2/5

representation dated 29.05.2025 to the respondents seeking for the aforesaid relief. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. No counter affidavit has been filed by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents till date.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 made of the purpose (referred to supra) is considered by the fourth respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after giving due consideration to the submission made by the petitioner that judgment and decree dated 19.08.2009 made in A.S.No.160 of 2008, has attained finality. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 made for making necessary changes in the revenue record for the property 3/5

(morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition) and for issuance of patta for the said property in the name of the petitioner, after giving due consideration to the judgment and decree dated 19.08.2009 made in A.S.No.160 of 2008 (which according to the petitioner has attained finality) as well as other supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
