2. I do not find any ground warranting interference with the impugned order.

3. The petitioners have today filed an affidavit, seeking one year time to vacate and hand over vacant possession to the respondent/landlord.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent/landlord has brought to my notice that, even before the Executing Court namely, XII Court of Small Causes, Chennai, as late as on 27.10.2025, the petitioners have filed an affidavit, seeking three months time to hand over the vacant possession of the respondent/landlord.

5. In the light of the above, the request of the petitioner to grant one year time is unacceptable. However, considering that the decree holder was willing to grant time to vacate and hand over the possession as sought before the Executing Court, I am dismissing the Civil Revision Petition, granting time to the petitioners to vacate the rented portion in the ground floor of the respondent/landlord premises, on or before 28.02.2026.
