2. Mr.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the caveator fairly states that the delay can be condoned and the revisions be heard on merits.

4. Hence, the petitions are ordered and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the revisions, if they are otherwise in order and print the name of the learned counsel for the caveator at the time of listing the revisions for admission.
