Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the Official Respondents 1 to 4 herein to remove the illegal encroachment and illegal blockage made by the private Respondents 5 and 6 herein in the Government Boosthithi Road/ Nelaviyil Pathai situated in Survey Nos.695/2C & 698/2 of Somanathapuram Village, Onnalvadi Panchayat and Post, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and permit the local authority to repave the Thar Road in the Government Boosthithi Road and thereby ensuring that the village community have permanent pathway to access their agricultural fields and their houses and to access the village community spaces like temple, play-ground, school etc., by using the Government Boosthithi Road without any disruption, on the basis of the representation dated 29.09.2025, within the time period to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER
