ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "Calling for records relating to the impugned order reference letter No.2776/ S2/ 2025- 4 dated 26.09.2025 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to consider the bid submitted by the petitioner for financial evaluation as per the tender conditions"
2. When the matter came up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned AAG and Mr.P.J.Rishikesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent, that the supplies have been completed and the last of the distribution took place on 16.02.2026 at Pudukkottai. It was also submitted by the learned AAG, on instructions, that the 2nd respondent shall refund the EMD amount to the petitioner.
