O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.10.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 4(1)( C), 5(A) of TNP, Act read with Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act in Crime No.914 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 1/4

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A1 is the employee under A2, who is running a restaurant; that while the respondent police conducted a search in the A2's restaurant, they found that the accused were involved in illegal possession of 53 numbers of TASMAC liquor bottles for the purpose of selling the same to the general public without any valid permit. Hence, the case.

3. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.30433 of 2025 on 07.11.2025 by stating the following reasons:

Considering the submissions made on both sides, nature of offence, the previous antecedents of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the investigation of this case is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Now, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/4
