Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.P.Manorajan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the third respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith sanction and disburse to the petitioner all retirement benefits including full monthly pension, gratuity and other eligible benefits together with interest at 6% per annum from the date of retirement till payment. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 18.06.2025 to the respondents seeking retirement benefits including full monthly 2/4

pension, gratuity and other eligible benefits, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
