The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to condone the delay of 130 days in filing the appeal by the respondent/Karnataka State Transport Corporation.

2. The respondent in the appeal had filed Caveat. The learned counsel is also present and heard the learned counsel.

3. In the affidavit filed, giving the reasons for the delay, it had been stated that the Court fees had to be approved by the Legal Section and it had to be paid towards filing of the appeal. There has been delay in sanctioning the said aspect. 4.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay of 130 days stands condoned and C.M.P.No.29569 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.162996 of 2025 is ordered.
