ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for modification of the condition in Para No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27637 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025, on the file of this Court, the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the "Gandamanur Vilakku 1/4

Police Station, Theni District" instead of "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks, and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in advanced stage of pregnancy and that she was not able to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27637 of 2025, dated 09.10.2025. Hence, the learned counsel prays to modify the same.

3. Considering the physical condition suffered by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on her that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks", is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation". The other conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27637 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified. 10.12.2025 ssi To 2/4
