ORDER

The petitioner seeking bail in S.C.Nos.169 & 216 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 324, 302, 120(B), 149 & 109 of IPC in connection with Crime No.380 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19313 & 19351 of 2025 by order dated 10.07.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having previous cases.

3. This is the successive bail petition. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is involved in 3 murder cases and, in total, he has 11 previous cases against him.

4. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, since there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
