ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.10.2025, for the offence punishable under Section 123 of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 24(1) of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003, in Crime No.538 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.30133 of 2025 by order dated 05.11.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having previous cases and that the investigation is pending.

3. This is a successive bail petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present bail petition immediately within a week without any change in circumstances.

4. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

petitioner.
