This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal against the judgement and decree dated 22.04.2025 made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.820 of 2023 by the learned Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, (Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal), Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 69 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
