ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2065 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
2/4 3.The reasons assigned in Paragraph 6 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the exorbitant delay of 2065 days is far from satisfactory. Considering the Award passed by the Tribunal and also considering the fact that no plausible reasons have been given to justify such an exorbitant delay, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. 30-06-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes ssr
