ORDER

Earlier this Court dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.No.25185 of 2025 dated 06.10.2025 on the ground that no property was recovered and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the property was recovered in this case. Hence, he opposes to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. However, considering the antecedents that the petitioner has 26 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. If the petitioner is released on bail, there is a likelihood that he may indulge in similar activities.
