ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation, without following due process of law.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was suspected in a case registered in Cr.No.103 of 2025 for the offence under Section 304A of IPC and thereby, she was called upon for enquiry and she is not harassed by the respondent police. However, during the course of investigation, the other accused namely Susil Kumar Jena was arrested and therefore, the petitioner's appearance is not necessary for the present.
