Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third and fourth respondents to consider and take action on the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2025 against the seventh respondent and dispose the same based on the forwarding letters of the first respondent vide Letter No.12881/Service/4(2)/2025-1 dated 08.08.2025 and Letter No.12881/Service/4(2)/2025-2 dated 06.10.2025 to the third respondent and also the forwarding letter of the second respondent vide Letter No.R2/10860259/2025 dated 01.07.2025 to the fourth respondent within the time frame.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation dated 11.06.2025 seeking disciplinary proceedings as against the seventh respondent.
2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that when the enquiry is pending before the fifth respondent, on the application submitted by the eight respondent, the seventh respondent issued patta in respect of the subject land.
3. If at all the petitioner is having any grievance for issuance of patta, he can very well file an appeal for cancellation of patta. There is absolutely no reason to take appropriate action as against the seventh respondent for issuance of patta. Mere pendency of an enquiry is not an impediment for the seventh respondent to issue patta on the application submitted by the eighth respondent. That apart, if any irregularity is committed by the seventh respondent, the Superior Officer will look into the irregularity committed by the seventh respondent, if any. Therefore,
the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and writ petition is devoid of merits. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
