ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's application dated 24.06.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with the application dated 24.06.2024 with the respondents for the purpose of obtaining patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in her name.

3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation as well as the merits of the supporting documents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, seeking for issuance of patta, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 24.06.2024, seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire.
