This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 173 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 27.01.2025 made in Spl.S.C.No. 40/2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Fast Track Court, Thiruvarur, Thiruvarur Dt.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 173 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
