This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.11422 of 2025, dated 17.04.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition only for a period of one month; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.11422 of 2025, dated 17.04.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
