ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to carry out the necessary changes implementing the order passed in the proceedings dated 11.06.1998 pertaining to the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-implementation of the aforementioned proceedings dated 11.06.1998 till date. The petitioner has given a representation on 19.02.2025 for the purpose of implementation of the aforementioned proceedings dated 11.06.1998. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2025 seeking for implementation of the proceedings dated 11.06.1998 of the respondent pertaining to the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
