ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Family Court Judge, Tiruvallur to dispose of IDOP No.4 of 2024, IDOP No.3 of2024 and M.C.No.14 of 2022 within a time frame, fixed by this court. 1/4

2. According to the petitioner, he filed a petition in IDOP No.4 of 2024 seeking restitution of conjugal rights against the respondent and the respondent on her part, filed a petition in IDOP No.3 of 2024 seeking divorce and also maintenance in MC No.14 of 2022. All these cases were taken up together for recording evidence and the same was already over. After hearing the arguments, the matters were posted for orders on 27.06.2025. Subsequently, on 04.09.2025, the matters were re-opened and posted for orders on 16.10.2025 and till date, no final orders have been passed. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the instant civil revision petition.

3. Taking into consideration that the arguments in these matters were already over and posted for orders as early as on 27.06.2025, this court is inclined to direct the Family Court, Thiruvallur to dispose of IDOP No.3 of 2024, IDOP No.4 of 2024 and M.C.No.14 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
