The learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) appearing for the respondent submits that already trial in CC.No.13 of 2022 on the file of the XI Additional Special Court for CBI Cases (Relating to Banks and Financial Institutions), City Civil Court, Chennai commenced and charges were framed in respect of the petitioner. Further, so far the prosecution has examined PW2. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this criminal revision case has become infructuous. 3.
