ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. She seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for the grievance raised in this writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. 2.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for redressing his grievance as raised in this writ petition. No costs.
