No.79/ 38A1A, to an extent of 34 Sq.mtrs., (2) S. no 79/5 to an extent of 20 Sq.mtrs. and (3) S.No 79/ 50A1A4B to an extent of 88 Sq.mtrs and in all totalling to an extent of 142 Sq.mtrs ( 1528 Sq.ft) .

ORDER
By asserting that compensation was not disbursed to the petitioner in relation to the acquisition of the lands described in paragraph 4 of the affidavit, the petitioners have filed this writ petition after submitting a representation dated 28.10.2025.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that an inquiry was scheduled on 23.12.2025 and that the petitioners failed to attend the same. He submits that a decision would be taken with regard to the compensation after the conclusion of the inquiry.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a date may be fixed for inquiry and that the petitioners would attend the same.
4. Considering the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:
(i) An inquiry shall be held on 12.02.2026. The petitioners shall attend such inquiry without waiting for formal inquiry notice. All material documents shall be produced by the petitioners at such inquiry. (ii) Pursuant thereto, a speaking order shall be issued with regard to the payment of compensation within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
