ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully described in __________Page 1 of 4

the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioners' online application dated 30.01.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' online application dated 30.01.2025, referred to supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the petitioners' online application dated 30.01.2025.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondents to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' online application dated 30.01.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed. No costs.
